Emailable Pricing Explained: Credits, Free Trial and What Each Verification Costs (2026)

email verificationEmailable Pricing Explained: Credits, Free Trial and What Each Verification Costs (2026)

Emailable pricing is pay as you go with no contract, plus an optional subscription that saves 15%. Emailable, the email verification service, gives you 250 free credits to start, and its credits never expire. $38 buys 5,000 credits ($7.60 per 1,000) and $60 buys 10,000 ($6.00 per 1,000). These are the prices on Emailable's pricing page as of October 2026 (checked 2026-10-16).

Emailable also doesn't charge for unknown results or for duplicates within the same list. Below are the full Emailable pricing table, what each verification costs, the free credit and expiry rules, and how CampaignKit's pricing differs. Prices change, so confirm them on Emailable's page before you buy.

Source: Emailable pricing, read in a browser on 2026-10-16. Per-1,000 figures are our own math, rounded to the cent.

Emailable shows prices in your local currency. On 2026-10-16, the 5,000 and 10,000 tiers showed the same figures in US dollars and euros, and the larger tiers were read in euros; we list them in USD here.

The smallest purchase is 5,000 credits, per Emailable's help article on how credits work ("Minimum credit purchase: 5,000 credits", checked 2026-10-16). Above 1 million, the pricing page says: "Get in touch with our sales team for customized pricing."

Some other sites show no price, an older price, or a per-check figure that doesn't match Emailable's own page. Go by Emailable's page.

What a verification costs

Emailable's pricing page puts it simply: "One Credit = 1 Email Verification" (checked 2026-10-16). So the per-1,000 columns above are also the cost of verifying 1,000 addresses:

  • 5,000 credits: $7.60 per 1,000 pay as you go, or $6.46 with a subscription.
  • 10,000 credits: $6.00 per 1,000, or $5.10 with a subscription.
  • 100,000 credits: $4.20 per 1,000, or $3.57 with a subscription.
  • 1,000,000 credits: $2.10 per 1,000, or about $1.79 with a subscription.

As Emailable says, the price per credit "drops as your volume grows". These figures assume you use every credit. Since Emailable credits don't expire (see below), unused credits stay in your balance rather than being lost.

Emailable's other products draw on the same balance: an Inbox Report costs 100 credits and a Blacklist Monitor check costs 5.

What Emailable charges for

Emailable charges one credit per verification, whether you use bulk lists, the single verifier, the API or the widget. There's no separate Emailable API price; the API uses the same credits (pricing page and how credits work, checked 2026-10-16).

Two kinds of result aren't charged. Unknown results and duplicates within the same list are refunded to your balance when the list finishes. Emailable's Terms of Service put it this way: "The Credits deducted for unknown emails are automatically returned to your Account" (checked 2026-10-16).

The pages we read don't say how risky or accept-all results are charged. We couldn't confirm it, so ask Emailable if it matters for your list.

Emailable also publishes a deliverability guarantee (last updated 2023-11-16, read 2026-10-16). Emailable says paying customers get a 100% refund "for qualifying emails that did not meet our guarantee". That's a refund for qualifying bounced emails, not for the purchase, and it comes with conditions: a list of at least 1,000 unique addresses, emailed within 24 hours of verification, an opt-in list, a "Deliverable" result that bounced because the address doesn't exist, and a claim to support within 72 hours.

Free credits

Emailable's pricing page says it "Includes 250 free credits", and its FAQ says: "Your first 250 verifications are free, no credit card required." (checked 2026-10-16). That's the largest free allowance among the tools in our best email verification tools roundup.

CampaignKit gives a new account 200 free credits, with no credit card, and they don't expire. To check one address without signing up, use our free email verifier.

Credit expiry

Emailable credits don't expire. Its pricing page promises "credits that never expire", and its how credits work article says "The credits do not expire." (checked 2026-10-16). Subscription credits reload each billing cycle, and unused ones roll over.

There is one caveat in the Terms of Service (checked 2026-10-16). They say "Bulk Credits never expire", but also that suspended or deleted accounts "may lose all unused bulk or monthly credits", and that credits are forfeited "if an account is terminated for non-payment or inactivity". So keep your account in good standing if you hold a large balance.

Pay as you go vs subscription

Emailable offers two ways to buy:

  • Pay as you go: one-off purchases, no monthly payments, from 5,000 credits.
  • Subscription: "15% off the default pay-as-you-go (PAYG) rates", per the how credits work article. Credits reload each cycle, unused ones roll over, and you can cancel before the next renewal date. The pricing page says "Cancel anytime".

A subscription makes sense if you verify a steady volume every month. If your volume is irregular, pay as you go avoids a recurring charge, and the credits wait until you need them.

On refunds, we couldn't find a plain refund policy on the pricing page. The Terms of Service say payments are "not refundable", and also mention refund requests made within 30 days of the transaction, which Emailable decides on (checked 2026-10-16). Read the Terms before a large purchase.

CampaignKit has no subscription; you buy one-off packs only.

When Emailable is the right call

Emailable fits many teams well:

  • You want to test on a bigger sample. 250 free credits, no credit card, is the largest free allowance among the tools we compared.
  • You don't want credits to run out on a deadline. Credits never expire, and subscription credits roll over.
  • You verify every month. The subscription takes 15% off pay-as-you-go rates.
  • You don't want to pay for unknowns or duplicates. Emailable says both are refunded to your balance.
  • You use it in several places. One credit covers bulk, the single verifier, the API and the widget.
  • You verify at very high volume. Emailable publishes prices up to 1,000,000 credits and offers custom pricing above that.
  • Your team already works in Emailable. Switching tools has its own cost.

If you only need a few thousand verifications, check whether the 5,000-credit minimum is more than you need.

How CampaignKit's pricing differs

At the pack sizes both of us publish, the list prices as of October 2026 are:

Credits Emailable (PAYG) Emailable (subscription, per month) CampaignKit
5,000 $38 $32.30 $12
10,000 $60 $51 $15
25,000 $141 $119.85 $38
50,000 $245 $208.25 $75
100,000 $420 $357 $120

These are list prices at each size, not a claim that we're cheaper overall. Emailable publishes prices up to 1 million, while we quote anything above 100,000. Credits never expire on either side; the main differences are that Emailable offers a subscription and a larger free allowance, and we sell one-off packs only.

For the wider field, our roundup of the best email verification tools compares nine tools, Emailable included. We've also broken down NeverBounce pricing, ZeroBounce pricing, Hunter.io pricing and Kickbox pricing the same way.
