NeverBounce Pricing Explained: What 1,000 to 100,000 Verifications Cost (2026)

email validationNeverBounce Pricing Explained: What 1,000 to 100,000 Verifications Cost (2026)

NeverBounce pricing comes in two models. Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) credits start at $8 per 1,000 (about $0.008 per email) and drop to $4 per 1,000 at 100,000 credits and $2 per 1,000 at 2,000,000. The monthly Growth plan starts at $49/month for up to 10,000 emails. These are the prices on NeverBounce's pricing page as of October 2026 (checked 2026-10-03). PAYG credits expire 12 months after purchase.

PAYG suits teams that clean a list now and then and will use the credits within a year. Growth suits teams that verify about the same volume every month and want a fixed bill. Below are the full tier tables, what common list sizes cost, and how the numbers compare with CampaignKit. Prices change, so confirm them on NeverBounce's page before you buy.

Pay-as-you-go pricing

NeverBounce prices PAYG credits per email, and the rate drops as the pack gets bigger. Here's the full table, with the per-email rate turned into a cost per 1,000.

Credits Price Per 1,000 Per email
1,000 $8 $8.00 $0.008
5,000 $40 $8.00 $0.008
10,000 $50 $5.00 $0.005
25,000 $125 $5.00 $0.005
50,000 $250 $5.00 $0.005
100,000 $400 $4.00 $0.004
250,000 $750 $3.00 $0.003
500,000 $1,500 $3.00 $0.003
1,000,000 $2,500 $2.50 $0.0025
2,000,000 $4,000 $2.00 $0.002

As of October 2026, from the volume selector on NeverBounce's pricing page (checked 2026-10-03). The same totals appear in Mailfloss's and Emelia's breakdowns (checked 2026-10-03).

Two things stand out. The smallest pack is 1,000 credits, so you can't buy a few hundred. And the biggest step is at 10,000: the rate falls from $8 to $5 per 1,000, so 10,000 credits cost only $10 more than 5,000.

Growth plan (monthly)

The Growth plan is a monthly subscription with an email allowance. NeverBounce's page shows $49/month for up to 10,000 emails and $99/month for up to 50,000. The larger tiers come from third-party breakdowns.

Emails per month (up to) Price per month Per 1,000 if you use it all
10,000 $49 $4.90
50,000 $99 $1.98
100,000 $159 $1.59
250,000 $249 about $1.00
500,000 $499 about $1.00
1,000,000 $999 about $1.00

10,000 and 50,000 tiers from NeverBounce's pricing page, checked 2026-10-03. The 100,000 to 1,000,000 tiers are from Mailfloss and Emelia (both checked 2026-10-03), which agree; confirm them on NeverBounce's page.

The per-1,000 column assumes you use the whole allowance every month. If you verify 4,000 emails in a month on the 10,000 tier, you still pay $49. Some third-party guides list a $10 Growth tier for 1,000 emails; NeverBounce's page didn't offer one when we checked.

On cancellation, Emelia reports that your access ends with the paid period (Emelia, checked 2026-10-03). Check the terms at signup if that matters to you.

A note on sources: Mailfloss and Emelia both sell their own products, as do most sites that rank for this query. We use them mainly for the Growth tiers and terms we couldn't confirm on NeverBounce's page.

What common list sizes cost

Here's what NeverBounce and CampaignKit charge at list price for the list sizes most teams clean. NeverBounce PAYG and CampaignKit are one-off purchases; Growth is a monthly charge.

Emails NeverBounce PAYG NeverBounce Growth CampaignKit
5,000 $40 ($8.00 / 1,000) $49/month (up-to-10,000 tier) $12 ($2.40 / 1,000)
10,000 $50 ($5.00 / 1,000) $49/month $15 ($1.50 / 1,000)
25,000 $125 ($5.00 / 1,000) $99/month (up-to-50,000 tier) $38 ($1.52 / 1,000)
50,000 $250 ($5.00 / 1,000) $99/month $75 ($1.50 / 1,000)
100,000 $400 ($4.00 / 1,000) $159/month $120 ($1.20 / 1,000)

NeverBounce prices as of October 2026, from the tables above. CampaignKit prices from our pricing page. Totals are the published pack or tier prices, not estimates.

If you clean 10,000 addresses once, the comparison is $50 (NeverBounce PAYG) against $15 (CampaignKit). If you clean 10,000 every month, it's $49 a month on Growth against $15 a month in CampaignKit credits. NeverBounce has no 2,500 pack, which is why our smallest tier isn't in the table.

Credits expire after 12 months

NeverBounce's pricing page states it under the PAYG option: "Credits expire 12 months after purchase."

Here's what that means in practice. Say you buy 10,000 credits for $50 before a spring campaign and use 4,000. If your next clean is more than a year after the purchase, the other 6,000 may lapse before you need them. Teams that verify every week or month won't notice this. Teams that clean once or twice a year should buy closer to the volume they'll actually use.

You may still find guides that say NeverBounce credits don't expire. Vendr's NeverBounce page (checked 2026-10-03) says so, and Prospeo notes that NeverBounce's pricing page and a ZoomInfo partner page conflicted on this. The current pricing page is clear about the 12 months, so go by that and check again when you buy.

CampaignKit credits never expire.

Free credits

Yes, NeverBounce has a free start. Its pricing page says "Get started for free. No credit card required to verify your first email list" and offers "free list analysis and free test credits" (checked 2026-10-03).

It doesn't publish how many free credits you get. Third-party guides disagree: Emelia reports 10, Vendr says typically 1,000 to 5,000, and Mailfloss and BounceZero say the number isn't published (all checked 2026-10-03). So treat any number you read as unconfirmed, and check what your account shows after signup.

CampaignKit gives every new account 200 free validations, no credit card required.

When NeverBounce is the right call

NeverBounce is a reasonable choice in several situations, and in some of them it's the better one.

  • You want a fixed monthly bill. CampaignKit is PAYG only. If your finance team prefers a subscription line, Growth gives you that.
  • You verify very large volumes every month. If you use the full allowance, the 250,000 to 1,000,000 Growth tiers work out to about $1 per 1,000 (third-party prices, see above). That's below our $1.20 per 1,000 list price at 100,000, and above 100,000 we quote individually. For one-off cleans at that size, NeverBounce's PAYG rate runs from $3 down to $2 per 1,000.
  • Your workflows already run through NeverBounce. Its pricing page says it "works with Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and more" and lists 80+ integrations. If those connections work today, switching means rebuilding them.
  • You're already in the ZoomInfo stack. NeverBounce is part of ZoomInfo (ZoomInfo acquisitions page). If your sales data comes from ZoomInfo, keeping verification with the same vendor is simpler.

If none of these apply, and you clean lists of up to 100,000 now and then, the price gap and the expiry rule are worth weighing. Our full CampaignKit vs NeverBounce comparison goes beyond price.
